Late Shri Mahadba Mestri founder of Kolhapur Auto Works a pioneer industrialist was the first to develop indigenous Coal Gas Plant in India. He designed the Vishwas Oil Engine which was a famous model at that time. He was awarded the title “YANTRA MAHARSHI” for his spectacular contribution in the field of engineering. Design & Simulation
Advanced engineering environments ( AEEs) are used for integrated computational systems and tools that facilitate design and production activities within the organization. We follow design tools such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) and production tools such as Computer Aided Manufacturing ( CAM) for the execution system.
Pattern Development
Our leading edge is the in-house pattern shop facility which has experienced draftsmen and craftsmen to produce seamless quality patterns with accurate dimensional tolerances.
Casting Process
Our casting unit is well equipped with heat treatment facility . machining and quality infrastructure, which makes us an ideal unit for your casting needs.
Machining Process
In order to enhance our machining structure , we have a well equipped machine shop with a wide range of Conventional, VMC/CNC , Lathe and Special Purpose Machines . Products are manufactured and supplied in fully machined or semi finished condition depending on our customers requirement.
Pre Dispatch Inspection
All jobs go through a strict quality check performed by our inspection department in order to meet all the customer's requirements.
