Scraper Plates are mainly made up from the Cast Steel, Cast Iron as well as Mild Steel.

There are two Scraper Plates which are used in a Three Rollers Mill. It is fitted with the shaft in the Scraper Plate Bracket in front of Top Roller & Discharge Roller. Top Scraper Plate is used to remove the bagasse from the Top Roller Grooves. The Discharge Roller Scraper Plate is used remove the bagasse from the Discharge Roller Grooves.
